Absolutely. We use an insured postal service with tracked delivery for all postal repairs. We'll email you our secure packaging instructions and a prepaid label. Your watch is insured for its full declared value from the moment it leaves your hands until it's returned to you.
Our warranty covers all parts replaced and labour performed during your repair. If the same fault recurs within 12 months of collection, we'll fix it free of charge. The warranty does not cover new damage, accidental damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Yes, the initial assessment is completely free of charge. One of our watchmakers will examine your timepiece and provide a written quote within 24 hours. There is no obligation to proceed, and if you decide not to go ahead, we'll return your watch at no cost.
Often yes. We have an extensive network of authorised parts suppliers and specialist vintage parts dealers. If a part is no longer in production, we may be able to source a new old stock equivalent or have certain components custom machined. We'll advise you fully during the assessment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and cash in-store. Payment is taken upon collection of your repaired watch, not upfront. For postal customers, we'll send a secure payment link once your repair is complete and tested.
We specialise in mechanical, quartz, and automatic watches. We do not service Apple Watches or purely digital smart watches. However, we can service hybrid watches that contain traditional mechanical or quartz movements alongside smart features — please contact us for specific model enquiries.
